Led by owner and experienced meat cutter, Bill Cort, our family has been in the meat cutting industry for over 35 years operating the renowned 'Cort's Big Game Processing' which specializes in wild game only.  Building upon our expertise and reputation, we are excited to embark on this new journey with federally inspected Greeley Smokehaus & Meats!
